ENFP stands for Extroverted Intuitive Feeling Perceptor.
Search Myers Briggs Personality types or something like that. I also have a book called Type Talk which goes into more detail. The real test is administered by a psychologist or someone trained specifically in that area. I remember that it had almost 200 questions. We actually had it done for our staff about 18 years ago. We all took the test ahead of time then the psychologist returned the results at an afternoon (half day) workshop and we did a lot of activities. It was probably the best inservice I've participated in.
